Mission: The mission of RRVH is to empower residents of our communities to age at home and to be cared for by local skilled caregivers.
Vision: RRVH seeks to empower individuals seeking care and assistance in their homes with freedom to experience their full potential through the power of choice, effectively giving their families confidence.
Republican River Valley Homecare Cooperative began forming after the closing of our local Nursing Home and the increase in individuals and families wishing to remain in or keep family members in their own home and own community. RRVH is a member/owner and employee cooperative owned by caregivers.
Republican River Valley Homecare operates as a worker/owner cooperative, meaning caregivers and administrative staff in both decision-making and the success of the business.
Republican River Valley Home Care provides non-medical in-home care for individuals in and around the Arapahoe, Nebraska area to assist them with home care, personal care, companion care, daily living assistance and transportation. This allows individuals to be able remain in their own homes and communties.
The Cooperative model offers an alternative in the homecare industry. Workers/owners are local and are known by individuals and families needing care. That gives us an advantage in our local area, because we are supported by individuals who want their loved ones cared for by individuals whom they know and can trust. Our community believes in shop local, buy local, and supporting small businesses.
Our compassionate caregivers are dedicated to providing respectful personalized care for every family we serve.
